1. Promoter: KP Snacks Limited, Fifth Floor, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE. No entries should be sent to this address.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (GB) who are aged 18 or over only.
3. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, employees or immediate family members of any third party companies associated with the promotion, prize providers or agencies assisting with the promotion operation may not enter the promotion.
4. Proof of eligibility may be required.
5. Promotional Period: This promotion opens 00:01 on 28.10.2019, closes 23:59 on 24.11.2019.
6. How to Enter: Purchase either Tyrrells lightly sea salted 150g or Tyrrells sea salt & cider vinegar 150g or Tyrrells mature cheddar & chive 150g or Tyrrells sweet chilli & red pepper 150g from a Londis Store. Text ‘LONDIS60’ plus the last 4 digits of the pack barcode followed by your first name and surname to 60030. Entrants must have a working telephone number. Retain a copy of receipt for proof of purchase.
7. Texts are charged at your service provider’s standard network rate. Texts may not be included in any text inclusive packages. Users on virtual mobile networks may not be able to text the short code. Check with your network provider.
8. A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day.
9. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
10. Any entrant using bulk, third party entries or other automated means of entry, who is trying to circumvent the rules, is fraudulently falsifying data or is otherwise acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, who is using identities other than their own in order to increase their entries, or who otherwise submits or attempts to submit entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these rules in full will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
11. Top Prize: 5,000lb of potatoes, with a choice of potato varieties available, including secure delivery within Great Britain OR £5,000 monetary alternative, to be paid to the winner by bank transfer or cheque

• If winner chooses the potatoes, delivery will be available to an address in Great Britain only. Potatoes will be delivered in one delivery and in a single batch. Specific potato varieties will be specified by the Prize Provider, and are subject to availability. Where available, winners will be permitted to select a mixture of potatoes of different varieties to make up the 5,000lb, so long as their chosen selection includes no more than five varieties in total.
• If winner chooses the monetary prize, this will be awarded by a bank transfer from the Prize Provider to a bank or building society account registered in Great Britain as specified by the winner OR by a cheque issued in the winner’s name and delivered by Signed For 2nd Class delivery to an address in Great Britain as specified by the winner.
• The Prize Provider will contact winner to request the information required for prize fulfilment within 14 days from winner confirmation. Winner will be required to provide the necessary information within a specified time frame and, where winner fails to provide the requested information in the time frame specified, the prize will be forfeited.
• The winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery note or bank transfer is checked on receipt.
• The prize excludes anything not expressly listed above.

Afternoon tea for two people at a restaurant, hotel or tea room of winner’s choice, with 400 locations available nationwide

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; All participating afternoon tea venues are subject to availability; Prize is valid for 10 months from the date of notification of winning, and must be booked and redeemed within that time frame; Winners must give at least 3 weeks’ notice in advance of their chosen date; The prize must be redeemed as one single reservation for two people, and cannot be split between multiple bookings/reservations; Bookings cannot be altered or amended; At least one participant must be aged 18 or over; Prizes exclude additional personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.

12. Winner Selection: winners will be drawn at random by an independent person, 7 days after the end of the promotion.
13. Winner Notification:  Winners will be contacted by text or phone to notify and confirm their acceptance of the prize and their eligibility, within 7 days from the draw, using the contact details provided on entry.
14. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. However, if a winner cannot be contacted or has not accepted their prize within 48 working hours of being contacted, or if a selected winner is ineligible, in breach of these rules, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, an alternative winner will be drawn. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery.
15. General: By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these rules. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these rules, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry and/or disqualify an entrant or a winner.
16. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these rules will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
17. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original, or to vary these rules, due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
18. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied by entrants for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent to use your personal details for publicity purposes (in accordance with paragraph 22 of these Terms and Conditions) or you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.  Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Transparency Notice, which is available at https://www.kpsnacks.com/transparency-notice/. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.
21. The winner’s surname and county will be available within 3 months of the closing date by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Tyrrells Londis prize draw, HRG Limited, 8 Sandy Way, Grange Park, Northampton, NN4 5EJ
22. By taking part in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they may be asked by the Promoter to take part in relevant publicity without further payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using an entrant’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prizes won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use an entrant’s personal data for publicity purposes without the entrant’s consent.  This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the winner’s surname and county of residence in accordance with paragraph 21 of these Terms and Conditions.
23. These rules (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
